I hope you are all having a great week! Once again, I apologize for the lack in pictures, but we were on the move a lot today, so I was not able to take too many pictures. I also don’t want to ruin our practices for The Wizard of Oz– I want it to be a surprise!
Don’t forget about the Shakespeare play performance which is TONIGHT…
And a quick reminder for Apraxia Awareness day…
And a message from your friendly neighbourhood librarian…
A couple of quick reminders:
· Tomorrow is a Day 4.
· Aftercare invoices are due Wednesday, May 15th; if you are unsure if you have any owing amount, please email Ms. Chiappetta at echiappetta@stjudesacademy.com
· Re-registration is now open to the public; if you have not submitted your package – please do so as soon as possible and reach out with any questions.
· We are now wearing full summer uniforms. A reminder:
o Black dress shoes
o Navy blue socks
o Grey St. Jude’s pants
o Short sleeve button up white polo shirt (tucked in)
We started the day with our Wizard of Oz rehearsals right away, and they continued throughout the day (of course stopping for lunch!).
Inquiry into Language – We worked on spelling lesson 30 and worked on our Hatchet final projects throughout the day.
For homework:
· Coding mini-project #3 (due tomorrow)
· Practice for Wizard of Oz
All homework for the day is placed here, but time may have been given in class to complete this work.
As always, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns by email, and I will respond as quickly as possible.
Mr. Conte
