Please remember that reregistration packages are due February 11th. I know this seems far away, but it is coming up quickly. On February 11th, we open spots to the public, and your child will not be guaranteed their spot! We hope to see everyone back next year!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. With regards to tomorrow, please check to ensure the school is open (I believe by 7). If I find out earlier, I will send an email. Please be safe.
A couple of quick reminders:
· Tomorrow is a Day 5 – students should bring devices for speeches and summative tasks.
· Aftercare invoices were due on January 15th; if you are unsure if you have any owing amount, please email Ms. Chiappetta at echiappetta@stjudesacademy.com
· Re-registration packages are due no later than February 11th, 2019 – at this point we will open registration to the public, and your child will not be guaranteed their spot. We hope to see you again next year!
· Permission forms were sent home Friday for our trip to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. They are due no later than Wednesday, March 6th, 2019.
Gym – The students started the day doing gym with Mr. Orr, which you can read about on his blog (http://tysonorr.blogspot.com)
Music – Then, we had music with Mr. Oliver, which you can read about on his blog (https://mrolivermusicclass.blogspot.com).
Inquiry into Language – We worked on our speeches and will spend the remainder of the week memorizing and practicing speech presentations.
Inquiry into Math – Today, we took up the review for our test and came up with our questions we will be asking for our surveys on the test starting tomorrow.
Inquiry into the Human Body – Students continued working on their summative for our current unit of inquiry (the human body). Summative presentations will start Thursday.
For homework:

· Practice speech
· Reregistration packages are due by February 11th
All homework for the day is placed here, but time may have been given in class to complete this work.
