Good morning everyone!
We will be beginning our fourth week of exhibition; can you believe it? Look at all the amazing progress you have made so far! Writing an essay is not easy, but you did it! I am so proud of all of your hard work, commitment and dedication to this project. The teamwork that I have been seeing amongst all the groups is phenomenal! You are listening to each other’s ideas and working together to incorporate the ideas of all your groups members while also being so kind and caring with one another! I am so happy that I am able to begin everyday with you during this time.
A few quick messages from St. Jude’s:
Today, our focus will be working on Sections 16 – 20 of the Exhibition Planner – the math, French, arts, and action components, and The Primary Source. Please refer to the schedule below to know where to be and what document to be working on at various times of the day.
During the exhibition process, specialist teachers (Mr. Orr, Mr. Oliver, Mme. Stella) will help facilitate learning for each of the exhibition groups during their scheduled class times. · After test today, math will resume after exhibition (math done within your math component).
· Homework for today – email two truths and a lie about yourself (creative & appropriate).
· Respect for each exhibition group. While I am with another group, do not intrude with a question you and your group have.
· Discussion – How was your long weekend? What did you and your family do this weekend?
· Reflecting on how our learning went last week - How much progress have you made on other
components? Which components have you begun?
Which components do you still need to work on? Have you thought about your action component? How do you think this could look like using an online platform?
· Primary sources should be scheduled by this Friday, and the interview conducted by the 23rd.

· Continue to make progress on other components Sections 16-20 in the exhibition planner
· Daily adding evidence to planner of work you are doing
· Ensure for each component you have filled out the learning goal and success criteria before beginning. What key concept question(s) will you be answering with each component?
· Schedule the primary source by Fri. April 17th
· Primary source interview conducted by Thursday, April 23rd
· Attend scheduled mentor meetings. This must be done by the end of day TODAY (Friday, April 17th). (Suggestions for the mentor meetings – Ask your mentor/parent to help you find someone to interview.)
