The Last Day of 2018

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope you’ve all had a great week. Today was the last day of school in 2018 for us! We can’t wait to start fresh in 2019.

One quick reminder:

·      Aftercare invoices were due on December 15^th; if you are unsure if you have any owing amount, please email Ms. Chiappetta at echiappetta@stjudesacademy.com

We started our day with announcing our December winner for the IB profile – Communicator. We tidied our lockers, watched a Christmas movie, and exchanged a few gifts. We ended our day with a house game.

For homework:

·      Read 15 minutes every day.

·      Research topics for speeches.

All homework for the day is placed here, but time may have been given in class to complete this work.

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope everyone is having a great week so far! Our concert is tonight; students should be here by 6 p.m. for their concert performance. 

A couple of quick reminders:

·      Tomorrow is a Day 1.

·      The lunch website has opened for the month of January – it will close TOMORROW December 19^that 3 p.m. The special for the month of January is French Toast with fruit. Please keep in mind the grade five classes are going skiing on Wednesday, January 23^rd, so lunches should not be ordered for that day.

·      Our grades 3 – 6 Christmas concert is TODAY Tuesday, December 18^that 7 p.m. We hope to see you there!

·      Wednesday & Thursday is our monthly bake sale.
