Inquiry into Math – We started by reviewing the homework from yesterday.

After this, we did a review lesson on calculating the area of a trapezoid.

Then, we started working on the unit review in preparation for our test on Friday.

Here is a quick overview of calculating the area and perimeter of specific shapes we’ve covered throughout the unit.

French – After this, the students had French with Mme. Stella, which you can read about on her blog (https://stjudesfrench-stella.blogspot.com).

Inquiry into Explorers – Students worked on their RSA animate summative task. Today, the goal was to go through a rough copy of the video, then record the good copy, and troubleshoot the video in preparation for doing the voiceover tomorrow. Students will work on their scripts tonight.

Inquiry into Language – Students will work on the revised copies of their introductions, conclusions, and counterarguments for tomorrow.

Homework:

We do our best to complete work in class. In the event this is not possible, it will go home for homework.

As always, please feel free to email me with any questions.
