I hope everyone is having an amazing week. Tomorrow is our ski trip! Students need to be here at 6:45 to board the bus. Please see my email regarding skiing. We are getting closer and closer to March Break…
And since March Break is quickly approaching …
This week is Spirit Week! This is a free week for all students who wish to participate.
Until next Wednesday, the student council is selling Rafiki bracelets…

We started the day by playing a house game for spirit week. A great job to Zeta for taking the win today!
Inquiry into Math – After the house game, we discussed the unit problem. Students have an option of completing a unit review and a test or completing a unit problem (summative) to show their learning. The unit problem is on page 430.
French – After this, the students had French with Mme. Stella, which you can read about on her blog (https://stjudesfrench-stella.blogspot.com).
Exhibition – After lunch, we talked about the transdisciplinary theme for exhibition. The theme is Who we are: “An inquiry into the nature of the self; beliefs and values; personal, physical, mental, social and spiritual health; human relationships including families, friends, communities, and cultures; rights and responsibilities; what it means to be human.
After this, students began to brainstorm possible topics for what they may like to learn during exhibition.
Inquiry into Canada in the World – We had the ambassador’s tea party today. We heard some amazing conversations from our world ambassadors today!
Inquiry into Math – At the end of the day, students worked on their game or their review.
Homework:
We do our best to complete work in class. In the event this is not possible, it will go home for homework.
As always, please feel free to email me with any questions.
