I hope everyone has had an amazing week. I’m wishing everyone a safe, restful, and enjoyable March Break. We made it!
And since March Break is here …
There is an exhibition information session. Grade 6 parents and students are strongly recommended to attend.
A few quick reminders:
· Aftercare invoices for the month of February have come out and are due Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Any questions can be directed to Ms. Chiappetta at echiappetta@stjudesacademy.com
· Lunch invoices for the month of March were due TODAY. Any questions can be directed to Ms. Gandy at sgandy@stjudesacademy.com
· Yearbook forms were sent home yesterday and should be returned to the front desk with payment by Friday, May 8th, 2020.
· Graduation photos and sibling photos were sent home yesterday.
Spelling Bee lists were sent home today so students can begin practicing.
I apologize in advance for the lack of photos. With all of the hustle and bustle today, I completely forgot.
Inquiry into Math – We started the day off by writing the probability test or finishing the unit problem.
French – After this, the students had French with Mme. Stella, which you can read about on her blog (https://stjudesfrench-stella.blogspot.com).
Exhibition – After lunch, we selected our top 5 topics for exhibition. We are starting exhibition as soon as we get back to school.
Art – After this, we did an art activity to discuss how we are all feeling before exhibition.
We did a locker clean-up at the end of the day.
Right before we left, we played some house games! Well done to everyone involved.
